Reporting directly to the Head of Tax, this role delivers both international tax advisory support and operational oversight of the Company's tax compliance framework.

The role combines strategic tax advisory and compliance leadership responsibilities across a multinational operating environment. Key responsibilities include advising on bids, projects, and commercial arrangements; assessing permanent establishment exposure; interpreting tax treaties; managing withholding tax and transfer pricing considerations; and recommending appropriate tax structures. This role is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of financing, payment, settlement, and reconciliation systems. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of lending, payments, regulatory compliance, and banking integrations within the Saudi market. The position requires strong expertise in regulated financial environments and the ability to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.
