Senior Growth Marketing Manager

About LawnStarter

LawnStarter is the nation's leading marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services, connecting homeowners with service professionals across 120+ markets with $100M+ in annual bookings and marking our second consecutive year of profitability. We're expanding into new verticals beyond lawn care, and Pro supply is what determines how fast we can grow.

About the Growth Team

The Growth team owns customer acquisition — the engine that powers everything else. We bring in 150,000+ new customers per year across Google Ads, LSA, Bing, and organic channels. We're world-class in customer acquisition, and this position extends the team's expertise to the supply side of the marketplace.

The Challenge

Pro supply is our biggest growth constraint and our biggest opportunity. In dozens of markets, we turn away revenue because we don't have enough service professionals to meet demand. Markets with strong Pro density see meaningfully higher customer satisfaction and faster growth.

Organic recruitment and partnerships help, but they don't scale fast enough. We need paid acquisition to work for supply growth, and this role is responsible for building that capability from scratch.

Director of Conversion Rate Optimization

About LawnStarter

LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services, with over $100M in annual bookings. We're expanding beyond lawn care to become the one-stop shop for all home services — and building a world-class conversion engine is our next major bet in that direction.

About the Growth Team

The Growth team owns the full customer acquisition funnel — from ad click to first completed service. We acquire 150,000+ new customers per year across paid, organic, and partner channels. Our CMO owns the visit-to-customer rate, and every point of improvement flows directly to revenue. We're building a rigorous experimentation program across the acquisition funnel, and this role is the person who makes that real.

The Challenge

We know experimentation works. We've seen tests move conversion meaningfully. We have a testing program, methodology standards, a learning repository, and a coordination layer — but no one owns it full-time. Meanwhile, we're migrating our landing pages to Webflow, which gives us full control over the pages that receive all inbound traffic — no engineering dependency, no sprint queues. The opportunity is massive, but only if there's a dedicated person behind the wheel.

About LawnStarter

LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services, with over $100M in annual bookings. We connect homeowners with vetted local service professionals (Pros) who handle everything from weekly mowing to pool cleaning. We're profitable, growing 30%+ YoY, and expanding beyond lawn care to become the one-stop shop for all outdoor home services.

About the Pro Experience Team

Our marketplace only works when Pros succeed. We have 10,000+ active service providers across the country, and their quality directly determines whether customers stay or churn. The Pro Experience function owns everything that helps Pros get better at their jobs and more engaged with the platform—gamification, training, and the feedback loops that drive continuous improvement.

This is a new function. You'd be the first dedicated hire focused on Pro success and engagement.

The Role

You'll own the programs that help Pros progress from new signups to high-performing Gold and Platinum tier providers. This means designing and running gamification programs, building training initiatives, and partnering with Support to improve the Pro experience.

What makes this role different:

- You're building the function. You'll own it end-to-end and shape what Pro Experience means at LawnStarter.
