The marketplace itself is easy to describe and hard to run well: a customer requests a recurring service, we price the job and match it to an eligible Pro, the Pro claims and completes the work, and we manage the ongoing relationship for the consumer across the maintenance services they need fulfilled.

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer, remotely from United States.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will play a pivotal role bridging technical engineering with customer-facing teams. You’ll engage with clients during the pre-sales, post-sales, and engineering phases to help them overcome technical challenges, ensuring smooth implementations and custom solutions. You will be expected to develop and maintain a deep understanding of the platform and customer needs, delivering customized solutions and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues and enhance client success. This role demands the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
