This role offers up to 5% equity and is designed for an ambitious, highly skilled engineer who thrives in an intense startup environment, works at an exceptional speed using modern AI-native development workflows, and is based in, or willing to relocate to New York City.

Backed by $5M in seed funding from top-tier venture firms and prominent angel investors from OpenAI, Google, and Databricks, our client is currently operating as a lean, elite team. They are building a modern alternative to traditional infrastructure-as-code platforms, purpose-built for the AI era.

We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and highly motivated Head of Community to build our client's developer network from the ground up, spanning both digital platforms and real-world engagements. In this role, the successful candidate will act as the connective tissue in the developer infrastructure ecosystem, orchestrating high-signal meetups and hackathons that resonate deeply with technical builders. This position requires deep developer empathy and strong preexisting connections within the developer tools space, combined with a hands-on execution style to convert community engagement into active sales pipeline.
