Je bewaakt de resultaten van je team, signaleert kansen voor upselling en cross-selling en zorgt dat we voldoen aan onze SLA’s en KPI’s. Daarnaast pak je escalaties op en werk je samen met de Accountmanager en/of Salesmanager bij het onderhandelen over contracten.

Naast klanttevredenheid en financiële resultaten, draag je zorg voor de professionele groei van je teamleden. Je neemt deel aan performance cycles, stelt doelen en identificeert trainingsbehoeften om kennis en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.

Operationeel management is ook een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw rol: je stuurt de dagelijkse activiteiten van het team aan, stemt klantverwachtingen af op onze interne mogelijkheden en werkt samen met andere afdelingen voor een naadloze service delivery.
