We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Asset & Inventory Manager to lead the effective management of our equipment assets within the marine seismic survey industry. This critical role is responsible for ensuring assets are accurately tracked, optimally utilized, and strategically managed to drive operational efficiency, control costs, and support long-term business objectives.

The position combines hands-on operational expertise with a strategic, forward-looking approach, ensuring that assets are not only properly accounted for but also aligned with the organization’s broader strategic goals. Working closely with engineering, operations, finance, and procurement teams, the successful candidate will ensure that all assets are managed efficiently, safely, and sustainably throughout their entire lifecycle. Finance Lead - Guyana

The Finance Lead provides financial leadership for DOF’s Guyana operations while maintaining hands on responsibility for day-to-day finance activities, statutory compliance, local reporting, and interaction with the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) and other relevant local authorities.

The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective financial controls, cash management, and compliant execution of finance and statutory obligations across DOF’s Guyana operations.

The role also supports local tax compliance, authority matters, audits, and advisor coordination as part of the broader finance function, in coordination with management and relevant regional support functions, as applicable.

Procurement Operator

Due to the expansion of our fleet we are seeking for a Purchasing Operator.

You will be responsible for the purchasing operations of the assigned vessels.

As a part of your role, you will:

  • Receive vessels’ requisitions
  • Organize and coordinate purchasing
  • Gather quotations from suppliers
  • Place orders to suppliers
  • Arrange forwarding if needed
  • Verify completion of deliveries in vessels
  • Processes invoices and submits for payments

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have

  • Degree in shipping or engineering or relevant
  • Experience in a purchasing position of a shipping company (3-5 years)
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Familiarity with Danaos ERP will be considered as an asset
