Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

• Παροχή διοικητικής και γραμματειακής υποστήριξης.
• Διαχείριση αλληλογραφίας, τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας και ηλεκτρονικών μηνυμάτων.
• Οργάνωση και τήρηση αρχείων, φυσικών και ηλεκτρονικών.
• Καταχώρηση δεδομένων και ενημέρωση εταιρικών συστημάτων.
• Συντονισμός εσωτερικών και εξωτερικών επικοινωνιών με συνεργάτες και προμηθευτές.
• Υποστήριξη διαδικασιών προμηθειών και παραγγελιών.
• Παροχή γενικής υποστήριξης στη Διοίκηση και στα λοιπά τμήματα όπου απαιτείται.

Requirements

• Πτυχίο Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικών ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
• Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε ανάλογη θέση γραφείου
• Καλή γνώση MS Office και εμπειρία σε ERP συστήματα
• Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, υπευθυνότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
• Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
