As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will act as a critical bridge between our technology and our customers' needs. You will be instrumental in launching complex offerings, driving technical strategy, and directly influencing product growth and architecture. This role requires a self-driven leader comfortable with a broad scope that encompasses both technical execution and strategic customer collaboration.

What You'll Do:

Backend Software Engineer - Digital Money & Global Payments

Location: Remote - Preference is NYC > North America Remote

Compensation: $140K - $240K

Schedule: Part-Time | Saturday and Sunday 9am to 1pm (8 hours/week)

As the Validator BD Lead, you will own and drive the validator engagement strategy, serving as a critical, high-ownership role that will shape our go-to-market efforts and partnership model as we prepare for mainnet. As a Core Systems Engineer, you will work deep in the stack, designing and scaling reliable distributed services and integrating them with cloud, hardware, and blockchain environments.
