Vos missions :

  • Superviser la gestion technique d’une flotte de navires de travail en opération et en construction ;
  • Garantir la disponibilité technique des navires et la conformité aux normes réglementaires, class societies, et exigences clients (O&G, éolien, télécom…) ;
  • Manager et coordonner une équipe d’ingénieurs et superintendants techniques ;
  • Piloter les budgets de maintenance et les arrêts techniques (dry-docks, refits…) ;
  • Contribuer aux projets d’innovation, de retrofit, ou de transition énergétique (GNL, hybride, etc.) ;
  • Assurer le lien avec les chantiers navals, fournisseurs, sociétés de classification, affréteurs et administrations maritimes ;
  • Participer à l’élaboration et au suivi des KPIs techniques.

Requirements
