The Regional Sales Director (“RSD”) position is responsible for revenue generation from travel agency partners and direct management of all aspects of Crystal Cruises’ business development in an assigned geographic territory. The RSD is responsible for increasing sales and achieving established Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) for Crystal Cruises. This position will collaborate with various teams and departments within the company including but not limited to Marketing, Revenue Management, IT and Strategic and National Accounts to create programs which drive sales within their assigned sales region in order to support Crystal Cruises commercial objectives.

Essential Job Duties

Post-Booking Support:

·       Manage and update guest records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

·       Handle special guest requests, such as dietary preferences or excursion arrangements, in collaboration with the sales team.

·       Support the preparation and distribution of travel documents and communications.

Administrative Coordination:

·       Assist cruise consultants in managing guest inquiries and following up on post-booking needs.

Flexibility for Ad-Hoc Projects:

The Financial Analysis & Budgeting Specialist is a role located in the Finance division and plays a vital role in assisting with the preparation of Alumil Group's budget and business planning. This is an important contribution to the company's sustainable development and helps shape how the organization acquires and effectively utilizes its resources over a specific timeframe. The main responsibilities of the role are the following:

• Coordinates the annual budgeting process for the Group’s companies and contributes to the preparation of the consolidated Group budget.
• Supports the preparation of business plans, financial analyses, presentations, and ad-hoc reports.
• Prepares financial and expense reports and performs detailed controlling of the parent company’s expenses.
