This role involves supervising maids, a chef, and other household staff, while also being hands-on and ready to assist with daily tasks when needed. A background in the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the work of maids, chef, and other household staff
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the home
• Create and manage cleaning schedules, task lists, and household supply inventories
• Train and support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service
• Step in to perform housekeeping or other duties when necessary
