Gritter Francona is looking for a Program Manager that will serve as the Contractor’s primary interface with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Office of Discovery, Education, and Affiliate Networks (DEAN), and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, staffing, execution, and performance of programs and projects supporting DEAN’s mission and the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).

The Office of Discovery, Education, and Affiliate Networks (DEAN) transforms health care for Veterans and the Nation through innovation, training and development, research, and strategic partnerships. DEAN coordinates and advances high-priority healthcare programs and initiatives that support VHA’s transformation toward a modern, high-reliability organization centered on Veteran outcomes.

The Program Manager will support DEAN activities through disciplined enterprise program management, data-driven decision-making, strategic alignment, and effective coordination across research and discovery, healthcare education and training, and affiliate network initiatives.
