Reporting to our Head of Customer Success, we are looking for a Strategic (Technical) Customer Success Manager who ensures our customers derive maximum value from our products such that they renew, expand and become advocates for us in the market. We operate a matrixed Delivery operation so on day-to-day basis, the Technical  Customer Success Manager will work closely with Delivery, Product and Sales coordinating the work efforts across our organisation to ensure a successful customer outcome.

As Content Writer you will be responsible for creating content, ensuring it aligns with our business strategy and category position. Our millions of users, future customers and developer communities are reachable only with excellent content. The content we create must be of editorial-grade quality to reach our target audience.

This person will bring a strong communications background and a high proficiency in finding, eliciting and communicating strong stories to educate our customers, prospects and the market as a whole. We have a wealth of knowledge across our leadership, engineering and legal teams, and we need to create content that could span how-to articles on web scraping, and best practices for extracting data from the web to thought leadership on the industry's future.

We are hiring on behalf of our client who is seeking a Web Scraping Specialist to join a specialized technical team focused on building the infrastructure that delivers massive amounts of web data for the training of advanced AI models. This organization operates a massive distributed crawler and manages complex pipelines for ingesting, segmenting, and annotating billions of data points, including videos, transcripts, and audio files.

The successful candidate will lead efforts to gather and analyze data, optimize scraping processes, and support the scaling of high-quality public web data accessibility. This role is ideal for a lean, technical builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment without bureaucratic red tape.

We are on a mission to make it easier for teams to create meaningful moments together, and we need a founding engineer to lead the charge on our core AI systems.

The Role As a Founding AI Engineer, you will build and scale the systems that power our automated event planning workflow. This isn’t about simple wrappers; you will be developing autonomous agents that handle emails, phone calls, web scraping, and deep research. About The Job:

As a Developer Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for helping customers integrate with our Web Scraping API (Zyte API) and Cloud Spider Deployment Platform (Scrapy Cloud). You’ll troubleshoot API issues, resolve scraping blocks, help deploy and debug crawlers in the cloud, and assist with usage and billing questions — whatever it takes to keep our customers get-going with their business!

At Zyte, our mission is to facilitate access to web data and transform intricate data challenges into elegant solutions. Our Monitoring Team is integral to ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our extensive data collection systems.

We are seeking a technically proficient Monitoring Engineer to analyze system alerts, identify and investigate issues within our web crawlers, and support the continuous automation and optimization of our monitoring workflows.

• Monitor and interpret performance alerts originating from our proprietary crawling infrastructure (success rates, error logs, volumes and latency).
• Investigate anomalies, determine root causes, and escalate actionable issues to development teams.
• Automate monitoring processes utilizing Python or comparable scripting languages.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system observability and the accuracy of alerting mechanisms.

About the role:

You would be involved in developing our recently released SaaS offering - Zyte API, which provides a single ML-powered API to power all web data extraction use cases.. Zyte API  is a distributed application written in Java, C++, Python and Nodejs components communicating via HTTP, web sockets and Apache Kafka, and orchestrated using Kubernetes.
