We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead presales, solution architecture, and project management for our Egypt office. This role will play a critical part in driving customer success, technical excellence, and delivering outstanding projects.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

1-     Presale function:

·        Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose Atlassian-focused solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.).

·        Conduct product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and workshops tailored to client use cases.

·        Prepare and deliver compelling RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals that align with customer requirements.

·        Stay informed about the latest Atlassian tools, features, and integrations to advise clients on the best-fit solutions.

2-     Solution Architect function:

·        Design scalable, secure and efficient solutions around Atlassian tools for cloud and data center instances of Jira, Service Management, and Confluence platforms, others (Atlassian platform).

·        Guide solution design, architecture, implementation, automations, and integrations across Atlassian platform.

·        Work with internal customers to identify their Atlassian needs, promote best practices, and actively design the architecture of Atlassian solutions.

·        Install, configure and run different tools integrated with Jira & Confluence.

·        Functional & Technical administration of Jira and Confluence.
