We are looking for a Information Systems Administrative Support Officer to join our dynamic team.

As the Information Systems Administrative Support Officer you will be responsible for managing the information systems used in the company’s technical department. They contribute to the smooth operation of systems, data updates and analysis, and communication with users to resolve operational issues.

TRL Ltd are currently recruiting for a System Engineer to help with the preparation of the Level 3 and Level 4 Commissioning Procedures for assigned NSP/ BOP/ Common systems based on commissioning specifications provided by the EPC Contractor. Preparing lay up & conservation procedures for assigned systems in preparation for the refurbishment outage. Providing oversight on field activities related to commissioning. Reporting commissioning problems and participating in their diagnosis and resolution. Interfacing as required with all groups involved directly or indirectly with the commissioning of systems. Preparing commissioning reports. Preparing Return to Service (RTS) procedures for assigned systems post-refurbishment.

• Review and file certificates of quality associated with future bunkering operations
• Update payment schedule in regards to bunker invoices
