We keep formal meetings to a minimum - one weekly stand-up and additional discussions only when necessary. We value autonomy, ownership, and the ability to effectively organise your own work. Our focus is maintaining a healthy balance between product quality, business goals, long-term project sustainability, and a positive team environment throughout the development process.
