Our flagship protocol, deployed across multiple chains, connects tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and high-quality stablecoins to enable 24/7, real-time, compliant capital movement for institutions. Live in production with partners including major global asset managers, we are seeking our first dedicated Head of Growth to own institutional and DeFi adoption and turn product-market fit into repeatable revenue.

Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you will be the core GTM leader, responsible for building the revenue engine across enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem development globally. This is a highly hands-on role where you will define the strategy, own the pipeline and forecast, design scalable playbooks, and close lighthouse deals across exchanges, stablecoin issuers, asset managers, and corporate treasuries.
