The Head of Growth is responsible for driving the strategic direction, commercial growth, product evolution, and long-term market relevance of assigned event brands across multiple editions, markets and formats. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Content, Operations, and Customer Success teams, the role acts as the central point of strategic alignment and commercial direction for the assigned brands.

The role reports directly to the COO of Events and plays a key role in shaping brand momentum, commercial performance, market expansion, and long-term growth strategy.
