Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to food and beverage products, orders, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Slovak.
- Provide detailed information about product ingredients, packaging, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to provide updates and solutions to customer inquiries.
- Stay informed about food and beverage trends and product knowledge to enhance customer engagement.
