Key Responsibilities

Brainforce is hiring a Restaurant Manager for a 5* luxury hotel in Paphos.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Restaurant, ensuring that all culinary standards of the outlet are always met, in accordance to the F&B standards, hygiene and safety regulations and policies of the hotel.

Brainforce is currently recruiting a seasoned F&B Manager to join our client, a prestigious luxury resort set to open in the summer of 2026, in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Job Role

• Manage all F&B operations in the resort and delivering excellent guest experience
• Forecast, plan and control the ordering of food and beverages
• Manage the finances related to the whole process of purchasing food and beverages for the resort premises
