Manager - Multi-Dwelling Unit Sales- DIRECTV MDU

You will prove out and build a team responsible for increasing DIRECTV sales through an existing portfolio of MDU properties. Leading from the front, you will be creating a strategy and framework to market to existing residents. Additionally, you will build relationships with property management and ownership to create awareness of DIRECTV product offerings and increase sales throughout the existing base.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Phone Agent with strong phone-based sales experience and excellent written and spoken English. This is a remote contract role with a call center environment, requiring reliability, strong work ethic, and a distraction-free workspace.

This is a fixed-term contract position. Contract extensions may be considered based on performance and business needs. Structured sales training and ongoing coaching will be provided throughout the ramp-up period.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage inbound and outbound warm calls (approx. 200+ weekly).
  • Handle calls lasting 6–15 minutes to close new customers, explain LawnStarter’s services, and upsell recurring plans.
  • Meet and exceed sales metrics and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with U.S. customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold data protection policies.
