Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Director to take a lead role on the large scale Generation III+ Nuclear New Build Program.

Role Purpose

The Delivery Director is accountable for leading the execution on the Owner side of the Engineering Services phase for a large-scale nuclear new build program. The role provides senior leadership through the pre-FID phase, ensuring that all technical, commercial, licensing, schedule, and cost deliverables required to support FID approval and the transition to the Execution phase are developed at the appropriate maturity.

This position requires proven executive-level experience in establishing delivery structures for multi-billion-dollar energy projects, managing multi-party consortia, and driving robust EPC contracting readiness.

Key Accountabilities

Program Delivery Leadership

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for program execution
• Establish and manage an integrated delivery organization across Owner and Contractor
• Ensure delivery governance, performance monitoring, and corrective actions are implemented across all workstreams.

EPC Scope and Contracting Readiness

The Senior I&C Specialist provides expert technical oversight within the Owner’s organization for a major nuclear new build program. The primary focus is overseeing the development, adaptation, and delivery of the Instrumentation & Control (I&C) design.

This role ensures that all I&C systems comply with national regulatory requirements, site-specific conditions, and the project’s licensing basis, facilitating a successful transition toward the Final Investment Decision (FID).

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Oversight and Technical Assurance

• Provide technical oversight of the Technology Provider’s I&C design development for Gen III+ units.
• Review and validate critical design deliverables, including:
• I&C architecture, system descriptions, and digital platforms.
• Main Control Room (MCR) and HMI concepts.
• Safety system logic, actuation schemes, and loop diagrams.
• Ensure design maturity aligns with EPC execution and project licensing milestones.

2. Regulatory and Licensing Compliance

• Other Compensation: The position includes a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom manufactured home (approximately 1,232 sq. ft.). The home includes 2 covered porches, a 10x10 shed with lofts for storage, a laundry room with storage. Office is attached to the home for an easy commute.  *Living on site is required*

Job Description Summary

The Operational Technical Procedure Manager will support the refurbishment project by supporting the development of procedures and documentation including Operations and commissioning procedures for post refurbishment return to service of Cernavoda Unit 1. The Operational Technical Procedure Manager will work closely with the project team and the station to ensure that the work conducted in support of the refurbishment project adheres to its safety, licensing, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.

• Interface with the Operations, Engineering, Nuclear Safety and Licensing and document control Teams.
• Develop and support the development of procedures for refurbishment activities and post refurbishment return to service
• Ensures successful project delivery on assigned tasks.
• Ensures work and deliverables meet regulatory requirements
• Coordinate inputs, reviews and approvals from key stakeholders.
• Ensures the schedule is established, accurate, up to date and adhered to.
• Identify and communicate work progress.
• Completes all assigned project reports and ensure management is fully briefed on the status of the work assigned.
• Anticipates challenges and takes proactive mitigating actions to address them.
• Understands the impact of the work on the station’s safety and licensing basis
