We are actively seeking a Sea Freight Forwarder to join our team at our offices in Sindos, Thessaloniki.

The Sea Freight Forwarder will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of export shipments for clients. The primary responsibilities will include liaising with customers to coordinate, organizing and overseeing the logistics of export shipments, and managing the documentation process. Additionally, will be responsible for maintaining clear and effective communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all stages of the export process.

  • In coordination with Scheduling Managers and Shipboard Crew Accountants, arrange and book all travel needs for crew members, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, adhering to company policies and international visa requirements.
  • Align travel schedules with embarkation and disembarkation timelines, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Manage last-minute travel changes or emergencies, including cancellations, delays, and rebookings.

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διασφάλιση της τήρησης των διαδικασιών του τμήματος, των προδιαγραφών ποιότητας και των προτύπων εξυπηρέτησης των εσωτερικών και εξωτερικών πελατών
  • Έλεγχος κόστους του κύκλου εργασιών και παρακολούθηση του δείκτη απόδοσης και παραγωγικότητας του τμήματος
  • Διαχείριση των διαθέσιμων εργασιακών πόρων και συντονισμός της καθημερινής λειτουργίας της βάρδιας
  • Επίλυση τυχόν προβλημάτων ή εκτάκτων περιστατικών που προκύπτουν κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας
  • Εκπαίδευση, καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη των εργαζομένων ανάλογα με τις τρέχουσες ανάγκες
  • Σύνταξη αναφορών για το σύνολο των δραστηριοτήτων του τμήματος
  • Διασφάλιση της τήρησης των κανόνων ασφαλείας και της ποιότητας στον χώρο εργασίας
