As a part of your role, you will:

• Monitor incoming correspondence regarding travel requests
• Communicate travel needs to travel agencies
• Proceed with all travel arrangements and notifies operators and all related counterparties
• Inform port agents and authorities about the list of travelers
• Resolve all ongoing travelling issues
• Be responsible for Ticketing filing

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Degree in Shipping/Maritime or any other relevant
• Experience in Crew Department or travel agency
• Computer literacy, (experience with Danaos Software will be considered as an additional asset)
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Efficiency in troubleshooting, organizing skills, attention to detail
