Crew Coordinator

Due to the expansion of our fleet we are seeking for a Crew Coordinator.

As a part of your role, you will:

  • Maintain Seafarer’s Personal Card details within the Crew module
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing Crew Department's correspondence
  • Be responsible for Crew Department filing
  • Administrate crew operations activities

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Degree in Shipping/Maritime
  • Computer literacy, (experience with Danaos Software will be considered as an additional asset)
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Efficiency in troubleshooting, organizing skills, attention to detail
  • Experience in a relevant position will be considered an asset
