Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 (Base Salary) + Equity

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software with a clear opportunity for growth and ownership.

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be a founding member of our small, passionate team, solving challenging technical problems at the intersection of consumer software, enterprise platforms, and conversational AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Node.js.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure effective integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
