As part of our growing operations we are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Ritsona Facility. The role involves overseeing and coordinating on-site projects, supervising contractors, ensuring compliance with project timelines, and contributing to the daily operations of the facility.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Supervisor will act as a field engineer, ensuring that project execution within the facility meets technical, safety, environmental, and operational standards. This role also includes active participation in day-to-day plant operations, fostering collaboration between teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The work schedule comprises of: 12 days on / 9 days off (Shift Pattern: 5 dayshift – weekend – 5 nightshift). The position is remote, however Aberdeen based location is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide global 24-hour marine vetting and technical support.
  • Daily monitoring and management of a specialised marine database.
  • Continuous communication with global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Arrange vessel surveys to meet vetting requirements.
  • Complete various reviews, including Initial DP, Annual DP, DP FMEA & Proving Trials, Class Surveys, eCMID, OVIQ, ERRV Surveys, and Structural Integrity assessments.
  • Review procedures, DP Operation Manuals, DP FMEA’s, CAMO & ASOG’s, and Checklists.
  • Issue vessel certificates to match vetting requests.
  • Ensure vessel vetting’s are managed and kept up to date.
