Senior Fullstack Engineer - Web3 User Acquisition Platform

Location: Remote - US (EST Preferred)

Compensation: $150K - $200K

We are a leading web3 user acquisition platform that has powered user onboarding for over 500 protocols since 2021, facilitating over 500 million transactions and serving over 3 million users across 40+ chains. Our platform, which includes gamified activations and unique on-chain credentials, is infrastructure for major players across DeFi, gaming, AI, and NFT ecosystems. Backed by $21M in total funding, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to own end-to-end feature delivery across our core platform and new initiatives.

In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of major product features from conception through deployment. You will be instrumental in driving architectural decisions for both frontend and backend systems, ensuring performance and scalability across our complex, multi-chain platform. You will collaborate directly with the Head of Product and Founders to shape product strategy, establish best practices, and mentor other engineers.

Researcher, Lending Vertical - On-Chain Economic Security

Location: Remote - Preference for NYC but will accept Remote Europe & USA - would need to overlap EST hours

Compensation: $120K - $150K

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Researcher to join our team, reporting directly to the Vertical Lead, Lending.

You will play a critical role in conducting in-depth protocol research, modeling risk parameters, and communicating findings with high-impact stakeholders in the DeFi lending vertical. We are building a platform that sets the standard for how regulated blockchain applications enforce transaction rules directly at the smart contract layer. Our system empowers teams to create modular, programmable policies (like AML/CFT checks or off-chain collateral requirements) enforced with cryptographic guarantees before a transaction executes on-chain. We are seeking a Protocol Lead to own the entire smart contract suite, driving robust, scalable risk management for real-world use cases.

As the Protocol Lead, you will have full ownership of the architecture, development, and maintenance of our core smart contract suite. You will be the team's blockchain subject matter expert, defining security best practices, managing audits, and building tooling for seamless integration. This role requires a balance of hands-on coding, security leadership, and cross-ecosystem research (EVM and non-EVM).

Our system transforms real-world collateral, such as U.S. Treasuries, into on-chain monetary building blocks ($M). This programmable, composable foundation allows builders to create their own application-specific digital dollars. We are seeking a Principal Engineer to take full-stack ownership of the systems that power this creation and distribution.
