Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with account issues, complaints, or discrepancies, resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
- Educate clients about financial services, policies, and best practices to enhance their experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery and improved customer experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide accurate support.
