The main purpose of the Sales Development Representative position is to represent Hustler Marketing to potential new clients and to drive new business through proactive outbound. Your primary responsibility is to build and work your own pipeline, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through a multi-channel outbound strategy, then taking those opportunities through discovery and sales calls toward closed deals. The focus of this role is selling our digital agency services primarily to DTC brands.

As part of the Sales Team, this is done primarily by running effective outbound campaigns, delivering strong discovery and sales calls over Zoom/Google Meet, actively listening and responding to challenging questions, and representing Hustler Marketing in the most beneficial way. This is a multi-functional position that requires you to source, qualify, and prepare future clients for our company, then carry them through the sales conversation yourself.

As a Charterer representing the shipowner, you will be responsible for optimizing the deployment of our tankers by managing chartering activities. You will engage with potential clients and brokers to secure profitable charter agreements while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Chartering Operations:

• Identify and pursue chartering opportunities for chemical tankers, negotiating terms that maximize fleet utilization and profitability.
• Collaborate with brokers and clients to finalize charter agreements and ensure timely execution.

Market Analysis:

• Analyze market trends, freight rates, and competitor activities to inform strategic chartering decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including shippers and brokers.

Fleet Management:

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure that vessels are optimally deployed based on market demands and operational efficiency.
• Monitor vessel performance and address any issues that may arise during the chartering process.
