The position

Revenue Operations Manager - Blockchain Infrastructure

Location: Remote - Must be in the European Union (remote-first, office optional). France/ Paris or as close as possible, is always preferred.

Compensation: $80K - $120K

We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to act as the essential air-support system for our commercial teams, ensuring they have the reliable, well-structured data needed to accelerate deals and run effective campaigns. You will own and optimize all CRM data, lead generation workflows, and sales/marketing automation.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the entire sales and marketing tech stack, providing the leverage necessary for high-growth and efficiency. Your focus is maximizing revenue by ensuring data cleanliness, automating workflows, and providing actionable insights, allowing sales and marketing to focus on conversations and strategy rather than manual tasks.

Role Overview
We are hiring five Sales Executives to expand our telematics solutions across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah. Reporting to the Sales & Operations Manager, these roles require strong industry knowledge, a robust network, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Team Structure

• Senior Sales Executive (1 position): 5+ years of experience, responsible for overseeing all three markets (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah) and supporting the regional team.
• Regional Sales Executives (4 positions): 3–5 years of experience, with specific allocations – Abu Dhabi (1), Dubai (2), Sharjah (1).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies within the assigned market.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction beyond initial sales.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Collaborate with the technical team to support seamless installations and after-sales service.
• For the Senior role: provide mentorship to the regional team and align strategies across markets.

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead our sales team and oversee the technical function, ensuring installation quality and client satisfaction. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, operational oversight, and business development, backed by deep expertise in the UAE’s telematics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Oversee the technical/installation team, ensuring top-quality standards and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, car rental companies, and workshops.
• Act as a bridge between technical operations and sales to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive business growth through market development and leveraging existing networks.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the telematics industry, with a proven track record of engaging with car rental companies and automotive workshops in the UAE.
• Strong network of industry contacts across the UAE.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams (sales + technical).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

About us

Due to the expansion of our fleet we are actively seeking for an experienced Deputy Operations Manager (Containerships).

As a part of your role, you will:

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day a container fleet vessels operational activities.
• Communicate with vessels and be the shore contact to provide support for all daily vessel matters including Commercial issues, cargo handling, navigation and route optimization, vessel schedules, bunkers consumption and stemming, regulations compliance etc
• Provide Instructions to Master regarding all matters and follow up to ensure compliance.
• Negotiate and conclude time charter agreements.
• Be conversant with S&P negotiations and MOA agreements.
• Oversee time charter freight collection.
• Oversee and control the agents’ appointments and FDAs.
• Handle vessels incidents at sea and in port and process claims with P&I and Hull in co-operation with insurance and legal depts.
• Coordinate a team of vessel operators, oversee their daily work-flow and provide them with supervision, support and guidelines.
• Co-operate effectively with all company’s departments regarding the vessels commercial, technical and financial matters.
