Team Structure

  • Senior Sales Executive (1 position): 5+ years of experience, responsible for overseeing all three markets (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah) and supporting the regional team.
  • Regional Sales Executives (4 positions): 3–5 years of experience, with specific allocations – Abu Dhabi (1), Dubai (2), Sharjah (1).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies within the assigned market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction beyond initial sales.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to support seamless installations and after-sales service.
  • For the Senior role: provide mentorship to the regional team and align strategies across markets.

Due to the expansion of our fleet we are actively seeking for an experienced Deputy Operations Manager (Containerships).

As a part of your role, you will:

  • Coordinate and supervise day-to-day a container fleet vessels operational activities.
  • Communicate with vessels and be the shore contact to provide support for all daily vessel matters including Commercial issues, cargo handling, navigation and route optimization, vessel schedules, bunkers consumption and stemming, regulations compliance etc
  • Provide Instructions to Master regarding all matters and follow up to ensure compliance.
  • Negotiate and conclude time charter agreements.
  • Be conversant with S&P negotiations and MOA agreements.
  • Oversee time charter freight collection.
  • Oversee and control the agents’ appointments and FDAs.
  • Handle vessels incidents at sea and in port and process claims with P&I and Hull in co-operation with insurance and legal depts.
  • Coordinate a team of vessel operators, oversee their daily work-flow and provide them with supervision, support and guidelines.
  • Co-operate effectively with all company’s departments regarding the vessels commercial, technical and financial matters.
