With a key member of our team retiring, we are searching for a new Remote Systems Manager to join our Assets and Operations team. The position leads DOF’s Remote Systems and ROV operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of underwater intervention and remote technology services. This role provides strategic and operational leadership, including managing personnel, technical delivery, equipment readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting to the Regional Assets and Operations Manager (APAC), you will deliver operational performance, competency development, and procedural governance to achieve the best results for internal and external clients. To succeed in this position, you will require a strong technical background in work‑class ROV systems, a commitment to safety, and proven experience leading high‑performing teams in complex offshore environments.

By leveraging your expertise, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient and effective ROV operations that will contribute to DOF’s long term success.

This role is effectively a deputy to the program owner: responsible for execution, coordination, and operational excellence across the partnerships team. You will ensure that plans are delivered on time, communication is aligned, and partner-facing initiatives are executed smoothly, while also proactively suggesting improvements and new ideas.

DSI Systems Inc., an authorized AT&T partner and the nation’s largest home services distributor, is seeking a Knowledge Content Specialist to create, update, and maintain operational knowledge content that supports Field Operations and related teams. This role focuses on translating operational processes into clear, accurate, and usable knowledge base articles, job aids, and reference materials while ensuring documentation remains current and aligned with established standards.

Working under the direction of the Operations Knowledge Manager, the Knowledge Content Specialist partners with subject matter experts to validate content, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Success in this role requires strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple content updates while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and usability across the organization.
