About The Role

The Sous Chef plays a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our land-based production kitchen, reporting directly to the Catering Supervisor. Working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, the Sous Chef is responsible for delivering exceptional catering services across multiple vessels, private charters, and offshore operations. This hands-on managerial position requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.

You will own the end-to-end success of Camps & Lodges - from the quality of every guest journey to the performance of your people, the health of the P&L, and the development of our Camps & Lodges.

 You will be responsible for:

• Setting the tone for a high performance culture.
• Driving the safety culture.
• Directing and overseeing the financial performance to achieve budget
• Continually raising the bar on guest experience.
• The proactive management of the Net Promotor Scores (NPS).
