Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to manufacturing products and services via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
- Provide detailed information regarding product specifications, availability, and order processes.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure their needs are met efficiently and courteously.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates on manufacturing processes to support customers effectively.
