Our client, a high-growth cloud infrastructure company backed by $13.5 million from Google Ventures, is on a mission to build a dedicated CI (Continuous Integration) cloud. They provide cloud infrastructure to help companies run their GitHub Actions substantially faster and cheaper, orchestrating millions of VMs each month over their own fleet of bare metal hardware. They've achieved $3M ARR with a small team and are growing extremely fast.

They are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who is strongly frontend-leaning (50-90% focus) but comfortable working on the backend. This high-impact role involves working closely with design to build the polished, high-performance UIs that manage complex infrastructure.

They are seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer—a generalist who is comfortable wearing all the hats. Vos missions principales :

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst with strong document control experience to lead the design, automation, and optimization of documentation workflows and repositories in support of nuclear industry projects. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that all documentation processes are compliant, efficient, and audit-ready. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of process mapping, workflow logic, and regulatory documentation standards, with a strong focus on automation, continuous improvement and problem solving capabilities. This position is to be based at the HQ in Bucharest.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis & Workflow Automation

• Analyze existing document control processes and repositories identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Design and implement automated workflows using tools such as Power Automate, Nintex, or K2, ensuring traceability, version control, and approval routing.
• Develop and maintain logical process diagrams, decision trees, and workflow maps to support documentation lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with PM manager and Contract Manager to align automation initiatives with project and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality implementation and monitoring of composite manufacturing for prototype elements and two (2) blades of the first project.
• Oversee the correct application of dry fibre and core layers in main moulds and structural parts (spars, bulkheads) according to lay-up plans.
• Verify compliance during infusion phases of main and structural parts.
• Ensure structural bonding operations are performed according to technical specifications.
• Monitor main mould temperature during post-cure phases.
• Control blade demoulding operations, ensuring no unusual stress is applied.

Vos missions principales

• Étudier les spécifications clients (en anglais) et préparer les travaux d’arrêt technique
• Réaliser des relevés à bord lors des arrêts techniques ou en navigation
• Concevoir et produire les plans (2D/3D – AutoCAD), définir les travaux et lancer les achats nécessaires
• Apporter un appui technique aux équipes de production
