What will you be doing?

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Compliance Officer to join our Legal Department, responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving the Navarino Group Compliance Function across all jurisdictions in which the Group operates. The role promotes a culture of ethical business conduct, helps the business identify, assess and manage compliance risks, and supports adherence to applicable laws, regulations, industry standards and internal policies.

Senior Legal Counsel - Single Family Office

We are seeking on behalf of our client, a Single Family Office, for an experienced Legal Advisor to join their team. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support for the Family Office, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and managing relationships with external parties and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on various legal issues.
  • Support the legal team in managing litigation, regulatory matters, and internal investigations.
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and ensure the company’s compliance.
  • Actively engage with third parties, including local authorities, regulators, and service providers — not only through correspondence, but also through proactive actions aimed at advancing and protecting the company’s interests.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and business ownership structure, recommending practical legal and operational improvements.
  • Provide general legal support to various departments within the organization, as required.
