We are hiring on behalf of our client, an innovative technology organization specializing in next-generation enterprise networks and advanced asset tokenization software is seeking an experienced, high-performing Sales Director to lead institutional and enterprise business development efforts across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

This strategic role is focused on driving new revenue growth within the financial services sector by positioning complex private network architectures, asset tokenization software, and advanced market infrastructure solutions built on institutional-grade distributed ledger technology (DLT). The ideal candidate possesses deep experience in high-value enterprise technology sales, coupled with a sophisticated understanding of blockchain, DLT use cases, and the regulatory frameworks governing digital assets and financial networks.

• Other Compensation: The position includes a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom manufactured home (approximately 1,232 sq. ft.). The home includes 2 covered porches, a 10x10 shed with lofts for storage, a laundry room with storage. Office is attached to the home for an easy commute.  *Living on site is required*

Our Growth team drives customer acquisition and conversion across four brands — LawnStarter, Lawn Love, Home Gnome, and ProBase. The marketing sites are central to that work: thousands of organic SEO pages, landing pages, and core site experiences that need to move as fast as the team iterating on them. Today, making changes to our marketing sites requires engineering support. That bottleneck slows down testing, kills momentum, and means conversion opportunities sit on the table. We're moving to Webflow as the source of truth for our marketing sites, and we need someone to own that transition and everything that follows.

The Role

You'll report to the Director of Design but sit on the Growth team day-to-day, working alongside the entire Growth team including the Technical Growth Manager, the CRO Specialist, data analysts, SEO, Paid, and content. Your job is to make our marketing sites fast to change, beautiful, on-brand, and optimized for conversion — without needing an engineer every time something needs to move.

The Growth team owns the full customer acquisition funnel — from ad click to first completed service. We acquire 150,000+ new customers per year across paid, organic, and partner channels. Our CMO owns the visit-to-customer rate, and every point of improvement flows directly to revenue. We're building a rigorous experimentation program across the acquisition funnel, and this role is the person who makes that real.

The Challenge

We know experimentation works. We've seen tests move conversion meaningfully. We have a testing program, methodology standards, a learning repository, and a coordination layer — but no one owns it full-time. Meanwhile, we're migrating our landing pages to Webflow, which gives us full control over the pages that receive all inbound traffic — no engineering dependency, no sprint queues. The opportunity is massive, but only if there's a dedicated person behind the wheel.
