In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, helping them navigate Proximus' product offerings and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting, and any technical issues they may face with Proximus services.
- Keep up to date with Proximus' latest products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve escalated issues efficiently.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer service strategies and processes.
