Gritter Francona, Inc. is seeking an experienced Power Platform Tooling Development Manager to lead the Strategic Investment Management (SIM) Tooling Services within the Executive Director's Office (EDO) of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This critical role will oversee the implementation and management of IT tools designed to enhance operational efficiency, improve data management, and support strategic decision-making across the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).

The SIM office plays a pivotal role in business transformation, facilitating IT governance and business architecture to align with VHA's healthcare needs and priorities. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in Microsoft 365 Ecosystem, including Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure, and Dynamics 365, along with expertise in DevOps, .NET and SQL database management. This role will require occasional travel to Washington DC. Duties may include:
