Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the analysis of IT-funded requests, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational priorities.

  • Assist in performing detailed research and data analysis to support funding decisions and resource allocations.
  • Provide quality assurance for funding requests by reviewing documentation, validating requirements, and identifying potential risks or gaps.
  • Prepare clear, comprehensive reports and presentations for client and stakeholders.
  • Support process improvement initiatives related to processing funding requests and approval workflows.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including project management tools.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning tools.
