Area Sales Manager - B2B

DSI Systems Inc., an Authorized AT&T Distributor Partner, has an immediate opening for a results-driven Area Sales Manager – B2B (ASM). This work-from-home, field-based role is focused on training, coaching, and supporting dealer partners in B2B and door-to-door (D2D) mobility and wireless sales to business customers. The ASM travels extensively within their assigned territory to work alongside dealer partners, delivering on-site training, in-field coaching, and hands-on support to drive performance and growth.

When not in the field, the ASM is responsible for preparing for upcoming travel, collaborating with dealer partners to plan future visits, and conducting virtual coaching and training sessions to reinforce sales strategies and best practices. This role also requires timely and detailed internal reporting following dealer visits, ensuring visibility into field activity and outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in B2B D2D sales, deep knowledge of mobility and wireless solutions, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class results for dealer partners.

National travel is required 75% of the time
