About the role:

With a focus on driving sales volume in a defined territory, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for working with existing accounts and hunting and qualifying new prospects. At least 50% of this role is in the field meeting with prospects and clients. 

This B2B role involves dealing directly with the owners, finance managers and sales teams of Home Improvement and Home Services businesses looking to use our consumer financing platform and programs. 

To succeed in this role, you welcome challenges and are a driven performer motivated by exceeding targets. You are a seasoned hunter comfortable with cold calling, and you understand that once the deal is closed, the heavy lifting has just begun.

The Bilingual Client Success Specialist is responsible for working with our newly approved merchants to train and coach them on the Financeit product and to provide customer support for existing merchants primarily in the Quebec market. The mission of this role is to get new merchants ramped up and generating consistent volume while solving loan related issues with existing merchants.

About the role:

Financeit is seeking a deeply analytical, strategic, and execution-focused Director, Pricing to own our product economics. In this role, you will apply rigorous quantitative analysis to our most critical business challenges, directly owning unit economics, margin health, and pricing frameworks across all lines of business.  

As a vital leader, you will combine a general manager mindset with conceptual thinking to build pricing engines that dictate our market competitiveness and top- and bottom-line growth. Setting our long-term pricing vision, you will also be tasked with building out our new team of pricing analysts to support the vision.
