You’ll be at the front line of the sales organization — generating pipeline, qualifying prospects, and setting up Account Executives for success.

• Proactively reach out to targeted prospects via outbound calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach.

• Clearly articulate Keycafe’s SmartBox value proposition and how it solves operational challenges.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly outreach and booking quotas.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead notes in CRM systems.

The Baseband Unit (BBU) Support Engineer is responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HELIOS 5G BBU and gNodeB hardware and software, working along with our 5G RAN Support Team. You will  ensure high performance and reliability for our Private 5G  equipment during commissioning and after sales maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Commissioning and Integration: Perform commissioning of 5G BBU/gNodeB, including loading data configuration files, managing site alarms, and verifying functionality.          
• Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve 5G network performance, connectivity, and hardware issues (Level 1/2 support).
• Maintenance: Conduct on-site and remote health checks, upgrades, and maintenance of 5G infrastructure. 
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including site-specific configuration reports and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
