Are you a driven communicator who loves creating conversations, uncovering opportunities, and opening doors for a global SaaS/IoT product?

Keycafe is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to engage potential customers across the United States and Canada, introducing them to the capabilities of the Keycafe SmartBox. You’ll be at the front line of the sales organization — generating pipeline, qualifying prospects, and setting up Account Executives for success.

If you’re motivated, confident on the phone, highly organized, and ready to grow your career in a fast-moving international sales team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively reach out to targeted prospects via outbound calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach.
  • Qualify leads, understand pain points, and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
  • Manage and nurture early-stage opportunities from first contact through handoff.
  • Clearly articulate Keycafe’s SmartBox value proposition and how it solves operational challenges.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly outreach and booking quotas.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead notes in CRM systems.

HSO International - Engagement Manager - Cloud

What is your goal?

As an International Engagement Manager, you will drive new business development across Europe by leveraging customer and market insights, a deep understanding of client needs, and the transformative potential of the Microsoft Cloud Platform.

We develop our business within Marketing and need you as an International Sales Manager to qualify and manage the entire sales cycle towards an Agreement. You will be up to date on Microsoft technology, licensing, HSO Services, and Support.

This role offers the opportunity to engage with international clients and develop cross-border business relationships, particularly in the cloud and enterprise software sectors.
