About the role:

Reporting into our Chief Counsel Officer, the Senior Manager, Lending Compliance will oversee the regulatory landscape and compliance framework specific to our consumer lending operations. You will ensure that all lending products, operations, licenses, and organizational initiatives are in line with operating legislation and regulations. Our compliance framework incorporates various areas of expertise including privacy, anti-money laundering (AML), marketing, and vendor management.

Reporting into the Sales Director, Western Canada, this B2B role involves building merchant relationships and partnering directly with the owners, finance managers and sales agents. This role will work on the Home Improvement portfolio and support conversations around demo-ing or training for our consumer financing platform.

About the role:

With a focus on driving sales volume in a defined territory, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for working with existing accounts and hunting and qualifying new prospects. At least 50% of this role is in the field meeting with prospects and clients. 

This B2B role involves dealing directly with the owners, finance managers and sales teams of Home Improvement and Home Services businesses looking to use our consumer financing platform and programs.
