What you will do:

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Partnership Specialist to grow our Spanish brand catalogue and develop lasting relationships with local and global partners. You will be responsible for driving market expansion, onboarding new brands, and creating sustainable partnerships that contribute to the company’s overall growth and success.

What you’ll do:

• Negotiate with leads to secure the best financial and operational terms for cooperation;
• Manage partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, rates, timelines, and operational processes;
• Build long-term relationships with partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous collaboration;
• Identify new opportunities and expand our catalogue with relevant and high-demand brands;
• Collaborate with our European team to align local strategy with global growth goals.

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent Spanish (native or C1) and strong English skills;
• Proven experience in negotiations, account management, or business development in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or fintech;
• Strong analytical and communication skills — ability to balance business interests and build win-win deals;

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an Accountant to join their dynamic Finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Accounting Department, including coordination across various accounting processes.
  
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners as required.
  
• Reconcile invoices with sales orders and incoming payments.
  
• Reconcile outgoing payments, bank accounts, and intercompany accounts.
  
• Prepare payment instructions and process bank deposits.
  
• Organize and record bookkeeping transactions for all companies within the Group.
  
• Review spreadsheets and financial data for accuracy.
  
• Maintain both digital and physical financial records.
  
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits.
  
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns.
  
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts and other financial reports.

Role Summary:

The Head of Operational Risk Management is a critical leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust operational risk management framework across the organization, in compliance with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) requirements. The HORM will report to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and will oversee the identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting of all operational and technology risks. This role is also responsible for establishing the Fraud Risk Management Framework, with the Fraud Risk Manager reporting directly to this position. The core objective is to minimize potential losses arising from failed internal processes, systems, people, or external events.
