We are hiring a dynamic Marketing Manager, on behalf of our client, an independent full service boutique Law firm based in Limassol.

The Marketing Manager will be hands on and take ownership of the company’s marketing and communication activities. This is an on-site role suited to someone who can combine creativity with execution, and confidently manage marketing across digital, social media, campaigns, PR, and business development support.

Responsibilities:

Marketing and Communications

  • Develop and implement the firm’s marketing and communications plan in line with business objectives
  • Manage the firm’s online presence, including social media channels, content planning, copywriting, posting, and engagement
  • Coordinate and create marketing content, including posts, visuals, short-form videos, presentations, and branded materials
  • Maintain and update website content and ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms
  • Support PR and communications, including announcements, rankings, publications, and press releases
  • Manage online reputation, including Google reviews, LinkedIn presence, and overall brand perception

Role overview

Union Maritime is embarking on a transformative journey to secure its next generation of leaders, with the launch of a landmark graduate trainee scheme in Lagos and the immediate parallel build-out of a globally consistent programme in Singapore.

As our Global Early Careers Manager, you’ll be both architect and operational lead for this high-profile, cross-regional programme, shaping design, delivery, and long-term strategy. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure a world-class graduate experience that builds our future leadership pipeline.

This role is central to our long-term talent strategy, requiring strategic vision, rigorous execution, and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and diverse partner networks. Immediate priorities include executing the Lagos scheme launch in December 2025, managing recruitment for a September 2026 cohort, and ensuring the Singapore programme is designed and delivered to run alongside Lagos, mirroring our high standards and unified global approach.
