We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically-savvy Epic Billing Analyst to join our client's Revenue Cycle team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our financial operations and our IT infrastructure, ensuring our Epic EHR system is optimized to support seamless billing workflows and financial integrity. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the revenue cycle, a knack for troubleshooting complex system issues, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and administrative stakeholders.

As an Epic Billing Analyst, you will focus on the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Epic Resolute modules. You will ensure that our billing processes—from charge capture to payment processing—are efficient, compliant, and user-friendly.

About the role:

The Director of Cybersecurity & Information Security will provide specialized expertise and guidance on assessing risks, monitoring risks, identifying potential gaps, and providing security solutions to mitigate risks and protect Financeit in Canada and in the US. The position actively interacts with business management, Legal and Compliance, Operations, Information Technology, other control functions, and regulators.  

This position will report to the Chief Compliance Officer.

As an IT Support Engineer

You will provide remote IT Support services across all vessels of the fleet and Piraeus office employees

As a part of your role, you will:

• Provide on call and remotely 1st level support to vessels for regarding Software, Hardware, Network, OS and communication issues

• Conduct new buildings installations
• Be responsible for vessels systems integration (servers, UTMs, networks, special shipping equipment)

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have

• Degree in Information Technology
• Experience in an IT support role
• Experience with MS Active Directory. MS Windows and MS Office.
• Good Knowledge of Networks
• Ability to travel abroad, if necessary
• Familiarity with English language
• Good communication, Problem Solving, Teamwork

Requirements

The IT Help Desk Technician provides Level 1 and 2 support for technology devices and applications in the workplace. The role is responsible for timely resolution of incidents and requests received at the Help Desk. The Technician is responsible for provision, build and configuration of company issued devices and those that are in our facilities. They are responsible for initial triage, support and resolution of application incidents and provisioning requests. The technician adheres to IT Service Management (ITSM) processes through consistent logging and resolution of tickets logged in the system.
