An ideal candidate will take immediate ownership and hit the ground running, independently driving deliverables, troubleshooting data/integration issues, and optimizing CRM workflows with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

Integration & Data Management:

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead custodial data integration initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and production delivery.
• Data Mapping & Sync: Ensure custodial feeds are accurately ingested, normalized, mapped, and synchronized from Tamarac into Salesforce CRM.
• Data Quality & Troubleshooting: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies, integration issues, and pipeline bottlenecks.
