The Head of Growth is responsible for driving the strategic direction, commercial growth, product evolution, and long-term market relevance of assigned event brands across multiple editions, markets and formats. This role owns the overall growth strategy of the brand, including market positioning, audience development, commercial proposition enhancement, partnership opportunities, expansion planning, and product evolution.
