About the role:

Senior/Lead Smart Contract Engineer - Web3 User Acquisition Platform

Location: Remote - US (EST Preferred)

Compensation: $150K - $200K

We are a leading web3 user acquisition platform that has powered onboarding for over 500 protocols since 2021, facilitating over 500 million transactions and serving over 3 million users on 40+ chains. Our platform is infrastructure for major players like Coinbase, Uniswap, and Solana. Backed by $21M in total funding and with a successful native token launched in 2024, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Lead Smart Contract Engineer to take ownership of our protocol architecture and security.

You will lead the design and implementation of our smart contract infrastructure for both core and new initiatives. This is a critical, high-ownership role where you will drive protocol architecture, security, and optimization across multiple chains supporting millions of users. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity and gas efficiency of our high-volume systems.

Backed by $21M in total funding, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to own end-to-end feature delivery across our core platform and new initiatives.

In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of major product features from conception through deployment. You will be instrumental in driving architectural decisions for both frontend and backend systems, ensuring performance and scalability across our complex, multi-chain platform. You will collaborate directly with the Head of Product and Founders to shape product strategy, establish best practices, and mentor other engineers.

Our technology re-writes the most widely adopted execution environment in Web3, allowing applications to benefit from both the speed of Web2 and the decentralization of Web3. We are seeking an experienced APAC Community Lead to significantly expand our presence and mindshare across the Asia Pacific region.

You will be responsible for leading the entire community strategy for the APAC region, focusing on identifying, onboarding, and managing a powerful network of regional advocates and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). This role involves creating scalable systems to activate and track advocate output, driving consistent growth in brand presence and engagement through localized campaigns and coordinated messaging. As the Validator BD Lead, you will own and drive the validator engagement strategy, serving as a critical, high-ownership role that will shape our go-to-market efforts and partnership model as we prepare for mainnet.
