DSI Systems Inc., an Authorized AT&T Distributor Partner, is seeking a Platform Manager – Zendesk to lead the ownership, optimization, and strategic evolution of our Zendesk environment. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across Sales, Customer Support, and Operations by delivering scalable workflows, reliable system performance, and actionable reporting insights.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Systems Operations, the Platform Manager serves as the subject matter expert for Zendesk—overseeing configuration, governance, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. This individual partners cross-functionally to translate business needs into efficient, data-driven solutions that enhance agent productivity, strengthen customer experience standards, and support continued growth at DSI.

·         Ensure the Training Centre complies with approved standards and quality assurance systems in line with national and international requirements.

·         Represent SeaLearn and its parent company at international forums, conferences, and official meetings.

·         Serve as a member of the Think Tank for future training needs of SeaLearn Ltd.

Management Role

·         Act as Management Representative for SeaLearn Training Institutions and report to Top Management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales
• Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
• Regularly making contact with customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed as necessary
• Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness
• Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms
• Provide accurate advice on billing queries
• Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries
• Propose write off of irrecoverable receivables
• Negotiate re-payment plans
• Initiate legal proceedings in case clients fail or refuse to pay on time
• Liaise with debt collection agencies and external legal advisors as required
• Provide ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management
