  • Release Management: Owns the release-driven Gantt chart, ensuring the five staggered releases land according to backlog readiness and Client's business priorities.
  • Risk & Change Management: Proactively identifies project risks (e.g., WiseOS dependency or data model constraints) and designs mitigation strategies to prevent scope creep.
  • Executive Liaison: Chairs the Steering Committee and manages commercial "NTE" (Not-To-Exceed) rails, ensuring Savant leadership has transparency into budget and project health
